Money Back Guarantee
If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your Fired-up product, simply send it back to us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will refund your money*. (please note P&P cannot be refunded). *Product must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of wear or tear. Any use of the goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel your order. For refunds contact info@fired-up.com
To try and minimise returns due to wrong size selection please use our Size Guide prior to ordering if you are unsure of your size. (please note we cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us)

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply click 'clothing range' then browse our on-line shop. Make your choice, select size and then click the 'add to basket' button to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished adding products to your shopping basket, click on 'View Shopping Basket' and you will be asked for the necessary details we need to complete your order. We accept the following credit cards and payment is via the PayPal Secure Online Payment system.

Delivery
Your order will normally be despatched to you within 3 working days. Orders within the UK mainland are sent via the Royal Mail. Overseas/International orders are sent by Airmail.

Matters Beyond our Reasonable Control
Fired-up shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances outside its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightening, flood, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of Internet services providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
